What exactly am I paying for?
AI processing, paid in tokens. With Dammah you buy one million tokens for $10 and spend them whenever you make requests — pay-as-you-go, no commitment. Beisa ($250/hour) buys one-on-one time with our experts, and Gazella is a fully tailored enterprise plan built around your needs.
Do my tokens expire?
No. Tokens never expire, and any unused balance simply carries over from month to month. You buy tokens when you need them and use them whenever you like.
How can I pay?
Five ways: cash or money order by mail, Bitcoin, credit card (in person or through our secure online portal), purchase order (Net15 or Net30), or bank wire/ACH. Step-by-step instructions for each method are on the Payment Methods page.
Can I really pay without giving you my name?
Yes. We never ask for your name, email, or phone number to use Oryxen — your API key is your identity here. Cash, money order, and Bitcoin let you pay without linking a payment method to your identity.
How does an anonymous payment get credited to me?
Through your API key alone. Include the first six characters after "oryxen_" in your payment — on the note inside a cash envelope, when you contact us about a Bitcoin payment, or in the memo field of a wire — and the tokens are credited to that key. Cash payments are credited within one business day of receipt.
Is my payment information kept private?
As private as your chosen method allows. With cash, money order, or Bitcoin there is no card or bank account tied to you, and we hold no personal data to attach to the payment. Whatever method you choose, your conversations stay end-to-end encrypted and never train our models.
Can my business get an invoice?
Yes. Businesses paying by purchase order or wire are invoiced under a Master Services Agreement — contact us to set one up. Card payments made in person can include a paper receipt on request.
